Terms of service

The terms on which we carry your people: what we provide, how a booking is made and cancelled, how we bill, and how we message you.

Last updated 5 September 2026

In short

These terms apply to every booking made with us through this website or by phone, email or WhatsApp. Where a corporate customer has a signed contract with us, that contract prevails wherever the two differ.

Who you are dealing with

The service is provided by Sayali TransLink India Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. Its registered office, operations office, company identification number and GST registration are printed in the footer of every page of this site. “We” and “us” below mean that company.

Scope of services

We provide passenger transport with our own vehicles and drivers:

  • Employee transportation and industrial plant shuttles, under a written contract with the employer.
  • Executive car rental, airport and event travel, and outstation hire, booked per trip.

The vehicle types we offer are the ones shown on the fleet page. A request for a type we do not run is declined, not substituted without telling you. We carry passengers and their personal luggage only; we do not carry goods.

Booking and cancellation

A booking made on this website, or given to our office by phone, email or WhatsApp, is a request. It becomes a confirmed booking when our office assigns a vehicle and driver and tells you so — by email if you gave one, and otherwise by phone or WhatsApp. Until then we may decline it, for example when no suitable vehicle is free on that date.

The pickup time, addresses, passenger count and vehicle type on the confirmation are what we will run. To change any of them, contact the office before the pickup time; a change may alter the price.

Cancellation windows, and any charge for a cancellation inside them or for a no-show, are being confirmed by the office and will be stated here. Until then, the cancellation terms on your quotation or contract apply.

We may cancel a confirmed booking if the vehicle is unavailable through breakdown, accident or a cause beyond our control. We will tell you as early as we can, offer a replacement where we have one, and refund in full anything already paid for a trip we did not run.

Payment terms

Corporate customers are invoiced monthly under their contract. Per-trip hires are priced on the quotation we send you before the trip.

  • Distance and time beyond what was booked are charged at the per-kilometre and per-hour rates on your quotation, from the readings recorded on the duty slip for the trip.
  • Toll and parking are charged at actual cost, as recorded by the driver on the duty slip.
  • GST is added at the prevailing rate and shown on the invoice. Our GST registration number is in the footer.

Payment due dates for per-trip hires, and the accepted payment methods, are being confirmed by the office and will be stated here. Until then, the terms on your quotation apply.

Liability

Our vehicles are registered, insured and fitness-certified as Indian law requires, and driven by licensed drivers. We will run each trip with reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for delay caused by traffic, weather, road closures, strikes, or any other cause beyond our control, though we will tell you as soon as we know of one. Personal belongings left in a vehicle are the passenger's responsibility; we will help you recover anything that is found.

Except where Indian law does not allow such a limit — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence — our liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid or payable for that booking.

You are responsible for damage to a vehicle caused deliberately or by negligence by you or a passenger you booked for, and for the conduct of your passengers. A driver may refuse to carry, or may end the trip of, a passenger who is abusive, intoxicated or unsafe.

WhatsApp communications

We send service messages on WhatsApp to the number a person gives us: booking confirmations, trip updates such as the assigned vehicle and driver, and one-time passcodes where we need to verify a number. We do not send marketing on WhatsApp. These messages are delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited; what Meta receives is set out in our privacy policy.

To stop receiving WhatsApp messages from us, write to admin@sayalitranslink.com or tell our office on +91 98811 54647. We will then contact you about your bookings by phone or email instead.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page is the current version. A booking is governed by the terms in force when it was confirmed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
